Child Safety Standards

LocalBhaiya.in is committed to providing a safe platform for everyone. These standards set out our position against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), what we prohibit, how to report concerns, and how reports are handled.

Last updated: 19 August 2026

Our Commitment

LocalBhaiya is a marketplace that connects people who need work with independent local workers. As with any platform where people communicate, we take the protection of children seriously. We have no tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form on our platform, and we publish these standards so that users, parents, and authorities know exactly what we do and how to reach us.

  • Zero tolerance

Any content or behaviour involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited on LocalBhaiya and is never tolerated.

  • Prompt removal

Content that violates these standards is removed as quickly as possible once identified or reported.

  • Law enforcement cooperation

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection authorities, including reporting suspected CSAE where required by law.

  • Community responsibility

Every customer and worker on LocalBhaiya shares the responsibility of keeping this marketplace safe.

Prohibited Conduct

The following is strictly prohibited on LocalBhaiya, whether in profile information, job postings, messages, or any other content:

  • Content that depicts, describes, or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form
  • Sharing, requesting, or directing others to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Sexual content or grooming behaviour targeting minors
  • Soliciting sexual services involving minors
  • Posts or profiles that seek to facilitate any of the above

Not sure? If you encounter anything that makes you uncomfortable or that you believe may involve a child, report it. You do not need to be certain — our team will review every report carefully.
