Trust & Safety
Built for safer local work
A marketplace only works if people feel safe using it. Here's what we do, and what you can do too.
What we do
Profile & rating history
Every account has a visible history of completed jobs and ratings, so you can check who you're dealing with before you agree to anything.
Keep it on the platform
Use in-app chat to discuss the job and agree on details. It gives both sides a record if something needs to be looked into later.
Report anything suspicious
Fake profiles, harassment, or requests that feel off can be reported directly from a profile, a chat, or a work request.
Grievance review
Reports and grievances are reviewed by our team, and repeated or serious violations lead to account restrictions.
Tips for meeting and working safely
- Confirm the job details, price, and timing in chat before work begins.
- For in-home work, have another adult present where possible, especially for first-time bookings.
- Meet or start work during daylight hours when you can, particularly for a new contact.
- Agree on the payment amount and method up front, and avoid paying the full amount before work is complete.
- Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, you can pause, ask questions, or end the engagement.
- For any immediate danger, contact local police or emergency services first, then report it to us.
Something feel wrong?
If you're in immediate danger, contact local police or emergency services first. For anything else, report it to us and our team will review it.
