The fastest way — open the job in the app, tap the profile of the Customer or Worker involved, and use Raise a Grievance. It's automatically linked to that job.
Report a profile or message
If it's not tied to a specific job — a suspicious profile, spam, or an inappropriate message — go to Profile → My Grievances → Raise a Grievance and describe what happened.
Email our team directly
For anything urgent, or if you can't access the app, email us with as much detail as you can (names, work request ID, screenshots).

In immediate danger?
Contact local police or emergency services right away. Report it to us afterwards so we can take action on the account involved.
